Brain battel the Go, The divine move (2014)

Do you know the Baduk (the game of Go) ? You may know the interesting game that Google deepmind challenge match. 18-time word champion Lee Sedol played go with a computer called as AlphGo. this match was big issue in the worldwide. The go is the main topic of this movie and you should know we really have this kind of places but not with criminal issues.

 

Tae-seok is professional Go player and he participates the gamble Go game because of his brother. However, he ends upframed for the murder of his brother and locked up in prison. He meets Il-hwa who is mob leader in prison in teaching the Go. He trains how to fight in prison and gets out after serving 7 year sentence.

Tae-seok starts to find crews. Tricks - his brother's former associate. The lord - hermit and blind master player. Mok-su - skillful carpenter.

On the other hand, Sal-soo is the boss of group who made Tae-seok's brother to be killed. He has gamble house for the Go and belly-button as main player. He earns money from there since belly-button was teh youngest world champion of the Go. She had contract to Sal-soo beause of debt in old time.

Tae-seok is approaching to people who made his brother to be died for revenge. He approaches person by person with his crews. He played the Go and fight physically and kill them consistently. At the same time, he meets belly-button and Sal-soo to get information as enterpriser.

However, Sal-soo found out who is Tae-seok and he kidnapped his crews as hostage. Tae-seok prepares final round with Sal-soo.

 

This movie is collaboration of gamble with action. The group of Sal-soo has people who are good at Go and fighting which makes people can enjoy both brain fighting and real action. The story is little old fashioned since it has topic of encouraging good and punishing evil.

However, you can feel exciting moments in revenge steps of Tae-seok's story. This one movie includes many genre such as comic, action, strategy and drama. It is one of factor that audience can enjoy about.

The Go is used as gamble in this movie. Normally we say the Go is the game of gentleman but you can see how people can be changed because of money related to the Go. I felt this movie shows the fear of money again that how much we are tied to money.

<Conclusion>

Tae-seok goes to Sal-soo's office with the money that he earned from his subordinates. He plays the final Go match with Sal-soo with their lives. Tae-seok playes the Go with Sal-soo who plays based on the kid who has smart brain like belly-button. The result was draw since the kid and Tae-seok has same mind to make it as draw.

Sal-soo made last fight with Tae-seok and Tae-sok kills everyone including Sal-soo. After that Tae-seok comes out from office with Belly-button and the kid. 

They are moving to find person who Tae-seok had defeated all the time when he was in prison.
